Côtes d’Armor – Large gîte near Perros Guirec and Lannion

A 30 km from Perros-Guirec (Guingamp-Lannion axis), rental of a large capacity gîte in Pédernec (12 people + 3 young children up to 5 years (small adapted beds), (5 rooms + mezzanine with 1 sofa bed for 2 people), adjoining a facade with an old renovated convent but TOTALLY INDEPENDENT, garden of 2500 m2, in the center of the village (shops), quiet, all comfort, very well equipped with household appliances, very spacious. Large cottage 3 stars in Prefecture. Fast lane to 1 km to Lannion (22 km), the beaches of Perros-Guirec (30 km), Guingamp (12 km), Begard to 4 km (aquatic leisure park) and small towns of character (Pontrieux, Belle-Isle-en-Terre, Tréguier, Paimpol, etc…).

From October 1 to 15 May : participation of 60 Euros / week at winter loads

The official accommodation capacity of the lodge is 10 people (number of beds) or from 12 people if using the sofa bed.
Beyond 12 people, possibility of 3 additional beds on mattresses on the floor provided free of charge. People using these mattresses will be sure to bring their own sheets (or sleeping bag) and their bathroom linen. The reception capacity will not be able to, in no case, exceed 15 people.

From 13 to 15 people : 8 Euros / person / day to be added to the rental price

– reservation deposit : 30 % of the price of the stay
– caution : 450 Euros (if payment by check, this one is not cashed)
– Tourist tax (from 1st to 30 september) : 0,50 Euros / person / day (of the 13 years)

Beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is provided.

Outside of school holidays

I will welcome you with pleasure for weekends (2 minimum nights) or short stays.

Week-end the 2 nights : 410 Euros (sur the base of 12 people)
8 Euros / person / extra day.
The extra night : 175 Euros

Tourist tax : 0,50 Euros / person / day from June 1 to 30 September from 13 years old.

Beds are made upon arrival but towels are not provided.
