Inaugurated in 2009, Villa Asunción is a stone house from ago 80 years rehabilitated with wood and stone, giving it a rustic-modern touch very cozy.
The rooms are design, being all of them different. The house is divided into 2 Self-contained apartments, with capabilities for 4-6 people(ARNIA apartment) and 8-10 people (COVACHOS Apartment) with what can be rented either by Apartment or the entire House.
Each Apartment has access to a porch-picnic area with green area and barbecue (independent porch/barbecue for each apartment) and where there is also an entrance (independent for each porch) to the pool.
Therefore, the only communal feature for both apartments is the pool., garden area of approx.. 700 m2 where there is a children's play area for the little ones (Slide, Swings, Sandbox, Rocker) and private parking for 6-7 vehicles
