The organization of the villas within the estate’s orchards, was designed in a global manner based on historic buildings (farms 1884). Each villa has its own perfectly independent access. They are all facing south without any overlooked, absolute nature on 500ha; 1km of exclusive path separates the area from any municipal road (itself little frequented).

All villas have a bedroom on the ground floor except Villa Kraou which offers an even larger living room.
