the 2 well-equipped farmhouse apartments were recently renovated.

the upstairs apartment (sleeps 4/5)

independent entrance. a cosy, homely atmosphere.
the apartment has an open-plan lounge /kitchen / dining area.

2 double sofas, one is a sofa-bed (comfortably sleeps 1 adult / 2 children)
fireplace, satellite tv, dvd player

kitchen:
well equipped with gas hob with 5 rings, electric fan oven/grill, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave.

shower room: 淋浴, wash basin, wc and bidet. separate wc: with wash basin.

bedroom 1: comfortable king size double bed.
bedroom 2: 2 x comfortable single beds

both bedrooms lead out onto the balcony / sun terrace which is suitable for sun bathing or dining al fresco. from here you can enjoy splendid views of the woods, olive groves and mountain scenery, catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea in the distance, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets

there is a similar downstairs apartment (sleeps 4/5)

both apartments have access to the washing machine in the downstairs utility room. iron/ironing board, and hair-drier

we are an english family who decided to sell up in the uk, completely change our lifestyle and move out to italy.

we came on holiday several times to this beautiful area of south lazio, and we liked it so much, we decided to make it our home !!!
