Holiday rental Istres France

The proposed holiday rental is located in a small quiet subdivision overlooking the town of Istres. The house of 100m ² is on a wooded and closed ground of 550m ². It consists of two levels. Au rez de chaussée, we find the kitchen, the living room, an office, the laundry room and a toilet. A l'étage on trouve trois chambres , the bathroom and an independent toilet.
The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The rental is approved three stars and two keysholidays.
An awning allows you to enjoy meals outside away from the sun. A barbecue ,integrated into the canopy, allows the making of grills.
The cottage is halfway between the Camargue and the Luberon, of the Cote Bleue and the Alpilles. Marseille, Aix en Provence are 55km away, Arles to 40 Km, Avignon and Nimes in 70 km, the sandy beaches are just a few years away 10 km.
It is the ideal place to discover the richness of the Provençal territory.
The rental is for a minimum of one week. The rental price depends on the period and ranges from 350 to 540€/ week.
Pets are allowed.
